Search Queries
A name or location submitted through a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a site-side log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or contact message as needed to respond. It remains within our operation unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive routine technical information when a page loads:

- The referring website, when one is supplied

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Clarke County guidance identifies official custodians such as the court clerks, Sheriff's Office, Virginia State Police Central Criminal Records Exchange, and Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. Visitor information is not used to build consumer reports or files about other people, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
